Questions, Answered
Why not just build my own site on Wix or Squarespace?
You can, but most owners spend 20 to 40 hours building it and still pay a monthly plan, plus extra for booking. With me it's done for you: designed, built, hosted and updated. It loads faster than builder sites, and you have a local person to text when you need a change.
What do I pay to get started?
Nothing up front. There's no setup fee: your first monthly payment is due when you sign, and the plan runs for a 6-month minimum.
What happens after the 6-month minimum?
Your plan simply continues month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel early, you pay the months left in the minimum.
Do I own my website?
You always own your domain name and everything you give me: your text, photos and logo. On a monthly plan the site's code is licensed to you while you're subscribed. If you'd rather own the code outright, choose the one-time payment option.
How long does it take to launch?
Most sites go live within 2 weeks of receiving your content. Need it sooner? Rush launch in 5 days is available.
What does the AI chat assistant do?
It answers common questions about your hours, prices and services at any time of day, and points customers to your booking page. It only uses information you approve, and I can turn it off whenever you want.
Do you work with businesses outside Oahu?
Yes. I'm based in Honolulu and build websites for businesses on every island, including Maui, the Big Island and Kauai, plus clients on the mainland. Oahu clients can meet in person; everyone else meets over video.
Do you offer a discount for local businesses?
Yes. Independent, locally owned Hawaii businesses get 25% off any monthly plan. Just mention it when you reach out.
